Thanks to all the folks that turned out for Customer Appreciation Day on October 25th. We had a real good turnout, and it was nice to say thanks somehow.
We set up in the showroom but it was a super nice day. A little windy for boating but perfect for a party.
Occoquan Woodbridge Lorton VFD brought one of their trucks and loaned us chairs. I don't have to tell you how hard they worked during the hurricane, especially in the town of Occoquan. We were happy to feed them well and raise over $125 for them.
Kimmie Wynne and family took over my tailgating grilles and whipped up some great burgers, dogs, and brats.
Special thanks as well to my sister Deborah Hoch, mom, Kathleen, and Dana Phan for pitching in with super side dishes and desserts, and to Tim, Joey and Kevin for working so hard.
Many of you don't know that one of our techs Rick Musselman is drummer in the Restless Diesel Band! They played their butts off for us and we really appreciated it. Chuck Hedrick's son Terry and daughter in law Teresa front the band and are pictured in the middle. All in all it was a true family get together and we'll be doing this again every year the weekend after the Annapolis Powerboat Show.

Again, ramp shows high water mark. Roof damage in background. I want to thank our crew for doing a nearly perfect job. This could have been a lot worse considering that it was the highest water since Agnes, and very close to that.
