The Chaparral Meeting was held at the Renaissance Vinoy in St. Petersburg, Fl. The weather was pretty uncooperative but we got one afternoon to test run boats. Hoffmaster's was recognized for 26% growth in units in spite of an awful spring weather-wise, and we're happy because Chaparral inventory is lower than ever!

Chaparral made a lot of model changes and additions so let's review them real quickly:

SSi Series: Renamed the 183 a 190, dropped the old 190, 200, 220 walk over. New models are the 204 which we'll have for the Boat show, and the 246 which we may or may not.

To summarize; 180,190 (was 183), 204, 210, 215, 230, 235, 246, 260, 265, 280, 285

Sunesta Series: Renumbered a lot of boats, introduced the 216 (not available until spring, prototype not at show, and the 236 (will have for boat show)

To summarize; 212 (was 210), 216, 232 (was 222), 234 (old 223), 236, 252 (was 242), 254 (was 243), 274 (was 263)

Signature Series: New 310 to replace 300. Available for Boat Show

To summarize; 240, 260, 270, 290 (was 280), 310, 330 (was 320), 350

In general: Chaparral now has 2 interiors: Platinum and Champagne. It added a wide color option to all the boats as well.

Chaparral gained market share and sales in a down year for the industry!
