We're really trying to get time to fix up the place outside but between bad weather and boat sales it's tough. This place is like the shoemaker's shoes sometimes. I can't get enough time to fix up the place in the season because we're trying to keep everybody going! Please be patient. Over the summer and fall you'll see more changes, and this pace will keep up as long as the boat sales stay strong so we have the resources to do it. We have contracted with a landscaping company to do some good work to the entrances and we're reworking the dumpster and block enclosures. We're cutting up most of the old telephhone poles and replacing them with something nicer.

If anyone knows how to obtain and install doors let me know. We've gotten 2 quotes to replace the store doors, both coming in around $5000. A customer can install the doors even but after 3 months of trying with Home Depot we finally gave up.
