What's happening around the Marina
The weather is starting to break and we're going full bore now! Deliveries are backed up into the middle of April, we're doing 12 dewinterizations a week, repairing 6 boats a week and we're starting in on the pier work besides. Whew! You guys know how to keep me busy.

Survey results are In!
The most asked for improvements are a party deck, new bath house, picnic area, and regraveling the parking lot. We'll try to have the last 2 by Memorial Day and the rest by the next Memorial Day. Plus the other repairs planned.

Boat Sales
Chaparral and Chris Craft are sold out for the model year! We'll get another Chris 328, 3 Chaparrals, and 2 Chris 210's and that's it! Will see the 39 Roamer probably in June with availability hopefully August.
