Thanks for sending me so much input on the place. I can't say that we have much more than a process in place at this point, but we have done a few things since the first of the year:

• We're almost done with upright replacement on C Pier and will continue until we have the facia boards replaced as well.
• We've done a lot of work in the store replacing the phone system, putting stuff in the store you want to see, and creating office space for Richard and Chuck.
• We replaced the enclosure around the lift area block pile and will do more to neaten that up.
• We're working on the fuel area adding padding and nonskidding the piers.
• We're powerwashing the A Pier ramp to improve footing
• We put automatic closers on the bathhouse doors and will be putting decking over the concrete ramp so dirt stops getting tracked in.
• We've freshened up a lot of the signage so the place looks more spiffy and put NO FISHING signs up so people aren't loitering on the docks.

I'm working really hard on the links page. Haven't gotten the FAQ's done on spring commissioning or marina rules but will try after the boat show. I got a calender of events up, found a lot of new links. Also, if you want your business put on my links page it's free. Just shoot me an email. There's no reason we shouldn't be doing business with each other. Even if you don't have a web presence I'd be glad to put a phone number up. I started showing when the links get updated on the home page.

Still looking for some lifestyle shots. Keep me posted on some when you start boating again. I like the idea of seeing our customers having fun.
